WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS
Refunds and withdrawals
If you would like to cancel your already booked and paid spot in one of our workshops or seminars, please consider first if you can transfer your registration to someone else. For this, simply drop us an email at events@motionimpulse.com or get in touch here with the following information:
The workshop title, location and date
your order number, if you can locate it
your name and the persons name that will take your place
the new attendees email adress
If you wish to fully withdraw:
four weeks (or more) prior to the date of the seminar, we will give you a refund of your ticket, minus 50€ administration charge
There will be no refund on withdrawal from a workshop if notification is received less than four weeks prior to the scheduled date of the workshop
If the workshop or seminar is cancelled:
A full refund will be given of all sign ups of the cancelled course
Motion Impulse and the workshop presenters take no responsibility for non refundable travel and accommodation expenses. Please make sure to wait until final workshop confirmation to book these.
We advise you to always have travel insurance when you travel to any events abroad.
Motion Impulse takes no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, injuries or similar.

RETREATS AND INTERNSHIPS
Refunds and withdrawals
If you would like to cancel your already booked and paid spot on a retreat or internship, please consider first if you can transfer your registration to someone else. You can also get in touch and ask whether there is a waiting list for this particular event. For this, simply drop us an email at events@motionimpulse.com or get in touch here with the following information:
The retreat title, location and date
your order number, if you can locate it
your name and the persons name that will take your place
the new attendees email adress
If you wish to fully withdraw:
The deposit you have made for any retreat or internship will be non-refundable after four months prior to the first day of the scheduled event. However, if you withdraw before this you can expect a refund minus a 150€ administration charge
Further instalments after you have paid the deposit are non refundable after 4 months prior to the scheduled commencement date of the retreat
There will be no refund on withdrawal from a retreat or internship if notification is received less than four months prior to the scheduled date of the workshop
If the retreat or internship is cancelled:
A full refund will be given of all sign ups of the cancelled event
